It’s still getting colder. There is an amazing amount of snow. It just seems relentless. You go to sleep in the early hours of the morning and wake up and find an extra foot and a half of snow. This is a late evening post to sum up the events since my last entry.

Our skiing is progressing rapidly. More rock drops, jumps and off-piste powder is being ripped. The fact we find ourselves skiing with some seriously intense skier’s forces us out of our comfort zones. The smell of ski socks is overpowering any other smell that could be lurking within our Chaleco. We have spent a solid four hours tidying the apartment. An hour later the effects of that effort were reversed. I also found myself responsible for breaking the only photo booth in Verbier (inconvenient to say the least). Tickets to see the premier of the Candide Thovex ski movie, “Few Works” have been acquired.
